The big St Stephen's day match is on again this year and the weather is looking good for it! Oldies are going for three in a row. Everyone bring £5 towards charity, especially you! You know who you are. Meet at 12.00 with throw in 12.30. Drinks and stuff afterwards in the club. Club Shop. Please note that the club shop will be open this Wednesday evening coming 14th from 7.00pm until 9.00pm. Anyone who has gear ordered can pick it up then. Christmas Cinema Day is this Sat, 10th Dec at 12noon to 2pm in the club after training for U6s to U12s. Come along to watch one of the best Christmas movies ever and munch on popcorn and treats!!!!! Christmas Party for U6s to U12s will be held in the club on Sun, 18th Dec at 11 am to 1pm. Sure to be a day to remember. Wonder will Santa call in a McCulla truck again???? Disco, party games and spot prizes up for grabs. Hope to see you all at both these festive events! Christmas Dinner. This will take place on Saturday the 17th of December. Tickets are £15 for a two course meal plus entertainment with Pat Maguire and Street Life. This will be a smashing night and superb value. There are still some tickets available behind the bar. Christmas Draw. The very popular draw which produces great prizes every year
will take place on Monday 19th December. This is a real club night so buy your draws and enjoy the anticipation and the night. Club Lotto. The club lotto payout is sitting at almost £2000 for anyone lucky enough to have their numbers drawn. £1 a go so why not try your luck. The club needs the support of its members more than ever so try to make an effort to support the events over the festive and Holy season. There are still club Christmas cards for sale in the shop and behind the bar. Anyone who has ordered gear from the shop should collect it asap. Nollaig Shona

Saturday afternoon brought a welcome journey to Randalstown for the first Ulster Hurling League game. This year has brought much debate about the future and direction of hurling in the club, but after this spirited performance everyone associated concluded that hurling is very much alive, and the future is promising. |
